I remember in early Super Mario media Mario and Luigi had to touch magic items to gain their power. Nowadays the internet thinks it’s funnier to have Mario eating mushrooms so they can make drug jokes.
I got the numbering wrong because this comic was intended to go up last week, then I realized I needed a comic about BW’s 10th. I thought I fixed it before uploading but I guess I didn’t.
I wish I could take credit for drawing this but I can only take half-credit. I used actual official art of Mario and Luigi as my rough. It’s not a full trace however. I still had to make original expressions in the face and arms, so I’m still not as bad as Greg Land.
