What sort of affront is this?

What? It’s your Robot Hero figure. Isn’t he cute?

CUTE! I am a Decepticon warrior, a machine of pure logic. This is an insult.

The kids like it. Besides, it’s my last toy shot. I’ll be using fan art for the final half of the tournament.

*sigh* Very well then. I will spare you for now, but only because your usefulness has not yet ended.

If I can find six images. I haven’t been so luck thus far. Maybe if the other fighters want to contribute (as long as it’s their artwork or the source is credited with a link). Plus there’s another reason. Tonight it’s the obligatory mini-comic appearance. I found nothing from the Masters of the Universe minis I have, but luckily Drakes Snack Cakes came through with their Marvel specials.

I was led to believe Marvel heroes ate Hostess cakes.

Yeah, I don’t get it, either. However, Drakes put out two separate mini-comic multiparters featuring the Marvel heroes in a connected storyline. Tonight comes from the first story of the first series. It’s the hardest kick of the series.

Perhaps this will satisfy Spacebooger‘s wishes. For now.

Are you planning a hostile takeover or …

Just get on with it!

Round 6 of 12

The Battlefield: Jubilee & Spider-Man (#1 of a 4 issue miniseries, the others went with the title of the focus hero in question, in order: Wolverine, Hulk, and Silver Surfer) alternate title: The Amazing Spider-Man: Carnage on Campus

The Promoters: Eric Fein (writer), Jim Craig (penciler), Dan & David Day (inkers), Rick Parker (letterer) and George Roussos (colorist)

With Jubilee giving Empire State University the once over the same day Rhino is hired to steal a new energy generator that’s being covered by photojournalist Peter Parker, you know it’s going to lead to a fight.

I can relate. I see that the “mutant” child is showing off how she makes clouds of energy float around…

The irony? Rhino had spare ribs for lunch.

An interesting bit of impromptu teamwork. Even I admit we Decepticons would fare better with some. So…what happened to the energy device?

Nice try. It was blown up in a later story when Doctor Doom tried to use it to power an energy-draining machine Jubilee was hooked up to that also transformed into a killer robot based off the loader from the Aliens movie.

. . .

It works better when you read it.

I have more important things to read, like the data contained from this tournament, which you should all go and vote on now.
