This time it was an 11
There were quite a few 10’s and 11’s (previous Doctor David Tennent and current Doctor Matt Smith) running around. Another person got a picture of a #4 (Tom Baker) and I was told that #9 (Christopher Eccleson) was also observed at one point. I didn’t get any shots of them, sadly.
BW Media Spotlight 
This is my good friend Louis. Sadly, he couldn’t track down the appropriate screwdriver. Last year he was the tenth Doctor, for which I think he was a better match, but I thought he did a good job on this one.
I saw at least two different Fourth Doctors, one of whom was with Sarah Jane (complete with the costume from from The Hand of Fear).

I know there was an 11 with an Amy Pond cosplayer (yay!) and I saw in someone else’s pic postings that one of the 10’s I got was later joined by a Rose Tyler.
Did you mean he didn’t have the new Screwdriver? Why not gimmick up the old one? 🙂 (Provided you could clean it later, of course.)
