When we last left our hero, Jeff King grabbed the prototype flying suit to stop henchmen of the mysterious Dr. Vulcan. The missile they were trying to steal is launched and Jeff uses his ray gun to blast it, only to be knocked from the sky by the explosion. Will he pull up in time or will they need a second hero to finish the serial? Answers await in Chapter 2.

You know, we know that Commando Cody, who continued the legend of rocketmen was the inspiration for the Rocketeer, but you know who King’s helmet kind of reminds me of?
I wonder if Tony Stark ever watched old movie serials? Just exchange a backpack rocket for boot rockets and add some more armor. Yeah, no revelations this week as I have other things on my mind.
