So here we are at the final round of this tournament. So we kind of have to bring the big one. Hopefully I brought it.

So the last two fights have featured Kyle and Wonder Woman, which means one of them has to end our latest rampage. I’ve chose Kyle, this time teamed with two Flashes and a Sentinel as they take on a huge mass of…alien.

Jay/Flash 1 is dieing (it’s important later, and he gets better) but he can’t think about that when a parasitic, portal-creating creature is launching an attack on Earth. Luckily, our heroes track it to its current planetary rest stop, and battle is joined.

“Momma” exists by sending her spawn to drain the lifeforce of others, which leads me ask “does evolution really work that way and why?” because I don’t see the point. Anyway, it calls back her kids so it has the strength to deal with this new infestation. (Namely our heroes.)

"...Hungarian?"

However, the Flashes can feel her psychic connection to her kids because of they’re vibrational powers (what?) and they know that it doesn’t realize it is attacking sentient creatures. Jay uses the analogy that if the ants talked back to us we wouldn’t step on them (oh ye of too much faith) and decides that the best way to show it we come in peace is to attack it. Or something like that.

Oh, also, he vibrates at it to tell it we’re here.

"And I suggest an investment in gold. Here's my friend Pat Boone to tell you more about it."

Just in case you thought odd science was restricted to the Silver Age.

It’s OK, Wally, “she” is leaving. Thus proving that talking it out is better than fighting! Although they only got its attention by walloping on it…so I guess the moral is…um….look, bunnies!
