Actor Adam West isn’t happy with the scripts he’s been getting. The heroes don’t act very heroic in his eyes, which is putting him at odds with his agent. However, thanks to a magic amulet, Adam is transported into one of those scripts, a spy picture, where he meets the man who sent him the amulet.
What they got right: Adam West traveling into various stories and genres, doing it his way. You need more? Fine, how about between the art and the writing I could actually hear Adam West’s voice in my head playing himself, and all the other characters had unique voices as well.
What they got wrong: As much as I hate to correct “Batman”, the Burton and Nolan movies are closer to the original Batman than his series was. In other words, he was technically (although not in name) the Dark Knight before he was the Caped Crusader, and neither version is incorrect. It’s one of the upsides about the character. Although I do enjoy his version very much, for the record.
Recommendation: This seems destined to be a fun ride, and I’m more than willing to buy my ticket.

"Of course, citizen. You provide an important service to us all." "I'm not getting a tip, am I?"
Tomorrow’s Comic> Rocketeer Adventures #3

Yes, good fun!
Can’t wait to see where he goes next, and I was impressed with the pathos the comic brought to bear in the first few pages. I was reminded of Shatner’s Has Been somehow.
