Sonic Universe #31
Archie Comics (October, 2011)
WRITER: Ian Flynn PENCILER: Tracy Yardley INKER: Jim Amash COLORIST: Steve Downer LETTERER: Phil Felix EDITOR: Paul Kaminski COVER: Yardley, Amash, & Herms
Scourge continues to gather the Destructix. After learning the origins of Lightning Lynx and Flying Frog, Fiona joins the two in getting the jailbreak going.
What they got right: I still feel sorry for Lightning Lynx, but he still chose his path. But Flying Frog…there are characters in NON-All Ages comics that aren’t this creepy. The scene of his flashback is also done in a different style, and man does it make him creepier. You can only imagine what he’s doing to these folks and that freaks you out even more. Horror movies take note.
What they got wrong: I actually have nothing. Flynn made a story about Scourge and his crew interesting to me. I wouldn’t have called that.
Recommendation: If you like seeing into the mind of the bad guys, this is great comic. I’m not into the villains’ perspective, but this story continues to interest me.

Seriously, creeeeeeeepy!
