I should be commenting on news from New York Comic Con. However, I’m sick and hurt my back. Not the worst state I’ve been in but enough to stay home from work and make it difficult to follow con news. So to pass the time, here’s a team-up with Batman and Space Ghost from last week’s Batman: The Brave & The Bold.
With news of a new Batman cartoon replacing this one (it looks to be the same style as the upcoming Green Lantern cartoon, which makes me wonder if Sam Register is getting something extra out of this) I would love to see this animation studio take on more Space Ghost stories and maybe the rest of Hanna-Barberra’s superheroes. It would be nice if Birdman and Mightor could get away from legal show parodies and back to crimefighting, and hopefully fix Birdman’s power issues.
