Dyn0mutt: Dog Wonder used to air in a programming block with Scooby-Doo (I think during The Scooby-Doo Show season) and the “Mysteries, Inc” gang has appeared twice on that show, like of like The New Batman/Superman Adventures. However, I don’t think Scoob and Dynomutt have teamed up since the Laff-A-Lympics and I haven’t an animated appearance of Blue Falcon and Dynomutt since they showed up on Dexter’s Laboratory, although IMDB assures me he’s made some. Somebody may correct me in the comments, though.
Word now comes that the defenders of Big City are back in action in a brand new direct to video Scooby-Doo movie and I couldn’t be happier.
It doesn’t sound like Gary Owens is returning as Blue Falcon, although according to IMDB he returned for the role in the Dexter’s Laboratory episode. That’s too bad, but I hope whomever replaces him makes up for it. I also hope the movie does a good job with the character and that Freddy has regained his intelligence, which seemed to be dropping with each movie until What’s New Scooby-Doo and the movies that followed that. Voice Actors In The News reports that the movie will be available on demand later this month and on home video in January. If and when I see it I’ll do a review. For now I merely wait.

Blue Falcon sort of appeared as a rival for Harvey Birdman in several episodes of HB: Attourney at Law

According to IMDB he also appeared on Mysteries Incorporated but I haven’t seen either show. Actually I have seen a couple eps of Harvey Birdman but I wasn’t really into it.
