If I’ve shown anything here at the Spotlight is how much I really like Superman. I like Batman, but Superman is still my favorite DC hero. Comics Alliance contributor and blogging legend Chris Sims’ favorite hero is Batman but he also enjoys Superman. He also has a successful career as a writer and enough money to get his hands on DC’s Superman: A Celebration of 75 Years. However, the book he read was filled with stories that are rather unflattering to the Man Of Steel. So he went through and found some replacements for some of the stories to balance out how it approaches Superman. I’m glad he included Superman Adventures because the TV tie-in comic has some of my favorite Superman stories. Also, he included Supergirl’s debut, which also makes me happy.
