We all know about Santa Claus, but how much do you know about the origins of the man. I don’t mean the Christmas stories, since there are many tales of where Santa came from and I’ll be doing one of those for a video review this year. I mean the real St. Nicholas. Yes, Virginia, there WAS a Santa Claus. Author William Federer appeared on The 700 Club (keep your political comments to yourself on this one, please–it doesn’t matter to the topic) to discuss his new book and the origin of the various elements that came to form our Kris Kringle today.
