For reasons I can’t understand (and as of this writing they aren’t talking), Marvel has decided to pull their books from Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million, and possibly other bookstores that carry comics. There have been no reports of, say, Stop & Shop losing the periodicals and Bleeding Cool claims that this doesn’t include graphic novels. You would think that getting your product out to as many people as possible would be rather important as comic sales fall, but for whatever reason Marvel just wants to stick to comic stores. As much as I love my local comic store, that seems like a very stupid marketing plan. Perhaps there will be an update by the time this goes live?
