Any article that want to take a shot (no pun intended) at Grand Theft Auto is fine with me, even if it’s a fan. This article by Cracked contributor David Wong came out in 2008. So each of the “7 Commandments All Video Games Should Obey” has each thing gaming did wrong on each page, and actually a lot of subsections. There’s a lot more reading that I expected but it’s still fascinating for a gamer and possibly a must-read for a game creator. Ask yourself if the gaming industry today is still breaking these commandments and if they’re better or worse in 2014 (or whatever year you’re reading this) than they did in 2008.
