Morning Article Link: Re-filing The Warren Report

The Warren Report contains the findings of an investigation by the government into the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The Warren Report is a graphic novel (as in not a trade collection or the periodical/floppies–a graphic novel is a form of comic book) adapting that report into comic form. Writer Dan Mishkin, who wrote the adaptation with Ernie Colon and BW Virtual Mentor (and friend of Miskin, as they co-run the “Kids Read Comics” convention in Michigan) Jerzy Drozd on art, also wrote an op-ed piece for the Huffington Post about his mindset going into adapting the report. I don’t share his aversion to the caption box but it’s a good read. I have not actually read the comic, however.
