While I haven’t gotten to All Access yet (that’s tomorrow), it does have a good fight in it. I’ll set up as best I can. Axel Asher is still the Access between the DC and Marvel universes. We’ve seen characters cross into each other’s universe before and even universes merge temporarily. Access and his predecessors are charged with putting everything right afterwards. And his job didn’t end because the brothers decided to get along.

“Thunder” round 5
The Battlefield: DC/Marvel: All Access #1 (DC/Marvel; December, 1996) “The Crossing!”
The Promoters: Ron Marz (writer), Jackson Guice (layouts), Josef Rubinstein (finishes), Lee Loughridge (colorist, with Digital Chameleon on separations), and Bill Oakley (letterer)
Venom has transitioned to the DC universe, giving Superman a hard time. So Access goes to the Marvel universe and snags Spider-Man to help out. When Spidey tells Superman about Venom’s weakness to loud noise, Superman sends Access to fetch a sonic cannon from STAR Labs.
Venom may not be stronger than Superman but he is strong enough to toss him around a bit. Good think Access arrives to help out.
Everyone’s a music critic I guess.
