Spinoff Online‘s Kevin Melrose brings more news about the Transformers Movieverse, including a potential spinoff story set on Cybertron. Odd thing, though. They’re discussing whether or not it’s going to be live-action or animated. If it’s set on Cybertron, presumably with no humans, isn’t it going to be computer generated, and thus animated one way or the other?

Issues 17 (“Into The Smelting Pool”) and 18 of Marvel 1980s Transformers comic series were among my favorite issues due to the use of Cyberton as a setting. Yes, I would like to see a current Transformers movie use Cybertron as a setting (like the 1986 animated movie).
