Netflix is slowly becoming more known for its original productions, including an alliance with Marvel Studio, than the old shows and movies it used to be known for when it was in part responsible for the downfall of Blockbuster and other video rental stores. (The last one around here closed a  year or so ago due to sheer dedication.) However, all that plus new competitors in the on-demand streaming market like HBO have forced them to raise prices now and then, and ScreenCrush reports they’re about to do it again. How much and is this a sign of things to come?
