With DC’s recent negative press when it comes to little girls (and adult women but even DC has limits of not realizing their idiots) they finally took action. Oh, not by making their regular stuff more inclusive to women, that would be silly, and kids of any gender probably shouldn’t read a modern Superman or Captain Marvel Shazam comic. No, girls get DC Super Hero Girls, where DC’s heroines (and some male heroes) get reimagined as high schoolers. Seen before? Probably. But Comics Alliance takes a look at this new toyline that remembers little girls like superheroes, too.
