The Judas Contract is considered to be one of the best events of DC history, even if fans at the time weren’t too happy with what happened with Terra. While Brian Michael Bendis likes to talk about crafting stories over years of reader time, Marv Wolfman and George Peréz took one year to tell the story of a fallen hero (although Terra never really was) and how she nearly destroyed the New Teen Titans. With the recent announcement of a direct-to-video animated adaptation of The Judas Contract announced, CBR contributing writer Tom Bounderant looks through the famous story and the heavily altered adaptation for the previous, GOOD Teen Titans cartoon.
