Noa takes on the military Labor and though it has her out powered the Ingram is more maneuverable, which she uses to down the Brocken. The pilot manages to escape and get the data disk to the Schaft guy, who wants to use two more Brockens (which our officers learn are stolen from West Germany) to test the Labors some more.
What they got right: I like seeing a character out think his or her opponent, like Noa did. I guess the training with using the Ingram to tie knots is giving her some advantages. Even Shinohara is on her side now, the sexism we saw in part one has appeared to be a thing of the past as these two have worked together so long.
What they got wrong: Why is the company going along with all this? Do they know the Brockens were stolen? I guess we wouldn’t have a story if they didn’t and it’s easier to take in a more comedic story like this but I’m curious to see what’s going to happen to the company after this incident.
Recommendation: Yes, you still should add this series to your collection.
