Storm and Jean Grey of the X-Men have dealt with all kinds of threats, from criminal gangs to terrorists to giant robots to space aliens. Tonight they deal with their worst challenge yet…a group of drunken Florida rednecks. It’s a big step down in their careers.

“Power Punch” round 8
The Battlefield: Adventures Of The X-Men #11 (Marvel; February, 1997) “Tower Of Despair”
The Promoters: Ralph Macchio (writer), Yancey Labat (penciler), Ralph Cabrera (inker), Paul Becton, colorist, & Michael Higgins (letterer)
Transported to the Florida Everglades, near the town of Citrisville, Jean and Storm are a few states from home when they make some new…friends.
