My war on the misuse of “realism” continues.
This week’s intended Clutter Report project was less involved than I was expecting. So I got three really short, but time-taking projects. Sometimes it’s getting yourself to take on the smaller projects that’s harder than the big ones.
So now that we’re done with the Thundercats, what’s taking the Wednesday spot you may be wondering? I decided to go over a manga series whose anime counterpart you may have heard of: Dragonball Z! I picked up the first story arc in floppy form from Viz’s translation. How well does the comic do in the Western publishing style, yet still flipped to read right to left? Over the next few weeks we’ll be finding out. Meanwhile, the DCAU Saturday entry introduces The Batman Adventures: The Lost Years, a bridge between the Fox Kids and Kids WB version of Batman that is actually in the show’s canon. I hope to have some decent article this week, although I have some other stuff to do as well. I’m hoping to at least have another My Favorite Intros this week. Now if you’ll pardon me I have stuff to get done but BW continues to roll on.

It looks like you accomplished some good clutter clearing this weekend. I’ll be interested in learning more about Dragonball Z as you review those comics. The Wonder Woman movie advertisements are popping up more frequently on television now. Yes, the summer movie season begins next weekend…..Memorial Day Weekend! But everybody also needs to respect and honor the memories of those U.S. military members who lost their lives in wars
