BW’s Morning Article Link: Charlie’s Angels Returns…In Comics

Comics can be a good place to properly continue classic series. Dynamite did a good job with the issues I picked up for The Six-Million Dollar Man and DC’s Batman ’66is a good series as well. Speaking of Dynamite they’re returning to the three little girls who went to the police academy, got fed up doing no real cop work, and went to work for the Townsend Detective Agency. Namely,the original Charlie’s Angels. No word yet as to which of the original Angel members they’re going with (my guess would be the originals and none of the replacements, which I would at least like to see in some form…especially Cheryl Ladd’s Kris Munroe), but it won’t be the movie version or the remake TV show. So long as they remember there was more to the original show than pretty girls occasionally in bikinis this should do well.
