Freakazoid!
This one is more of a curiosity (plus the article I planned for today got delayed and I really need to get this one right) although the story of Tom, everybody’s MySpace friend, is an interesting one. I remember when some of my co-workers used to badger me to get on MySpace (and my account still exists, although the site is now about promoting music creators and all the blog posts I made are now gone), only to join those abandoning it for Facebook, which I initially got on to promote BW. The webseries Today I Found Out chronicles the history of MySpace, why everyone started out with Tom for a friend, and what he did after MySpace.
