Some video games do not get an international release for one reason or another. The Did You Know Gaming series Region Locked focuses on such games. One of them has been getting exposure in the video game community recently, or so this video claims. Captain Rainbow features lesser known Nintendo game characters, many of whom were also Japan exclusive. But as you’ll see in this video that might not be the reason the game was never officially released outside of Japan.
