
Jurassic Park was a great movie, and I have both books, someday to be Chapter By Chapter reviews if I and the site are around long enough. But the sequels have never really measured up to the original. Usually I don’t mind since my only demand with sequels is that they be good on their own while continuing the world of the previous film. But even I admit The Lost World had problems (but I do still like it), the third movie felt forced and unnecessary, and I’ve not been interested in the Jurassic World movies. Maybe the problem is the movie didn’t need sequels? That’s the case made by Screen Crush’s Matt Singer.
