Fox Family, later ABC Family, started the “25 Days Of Christmas” event that would marathon numerous classic and original Christmas programs and specials. At some point ABC Family, later Freeform, started throwing non-Christmas movies in there as well, like Harry Potter films. It looks like this year they’re finally getting their act together. While a couple of non-Christmas stuff is still coming in this year they finally more Christmas stuff than not. Let’s hope they keep that trend, and not put stuff in their Christmas marathon that isn’t Christmas. You have plenty of other days of the year to air it. Also coming this year are Rudolph and Frosty to join some of the other Rankin Bass specials. Does this mean CBS isn’t showing those this year? That would be a shame.
