BW’s Daily Article Link: Roland Emmerich Didn’t Like His Own Zilla

Call him GINO (Godzilla In Name Only) or call him Zilla (they took out the “god”), but the Tri-Star Godzilla movie is agreed to not be a proper representation of Godzilla even by those of us who actually like the movie. (The cartoon at least tried to bridge the gap but this ain’t no Godzilla no matter how you try to work him in.) It might surprise you that Roland Emmerich himself wasn’t a fan of this movie and you can tell he didn’t really want to make a Godzilla movie. Well, technically he didn’t. 😀
