FCBD trademark controlled by Lunar Distribution, not dead yet! Several publishers still lined up for Saturday, May 2, 2026. Mad Cave (“Flash Gordon,” “Terrorbytes”), AWA (mystery, as is their usual MO), Rekcah (Fred Van Lente’s “The Future Is [expletive]”), Vault Comics (“Dungeon Keeper Carl,” “Inanna: The Name She Lost”), and Titan Comics (“Gun Honey Doubles Down,” “Conan: Tides of the Tyrant King.”)
Penguin Random House is doing Comic Free-for-All on the same day. Only one thing announced on their end, a “Last Kids on Earth” graphic novel sampler. PRH is also the distributor of Marvel, IDW, BOOM, and Dark Horse, who would have to be nuts to skip the day (I don’t think they ever have). DC will probably do its own thing. Bottom line: if kids want free samples and discounts on comics they really want, they’ll be good for one more year.
