Being crowded didn’t help, either.
When I do a convention strip I don’t always focus on the cosplay. In fact I can only remember one time when I did. There are some costumes you see at these events and wonder just how they’re able to walk around all day, especially the longer conventions where that’s the only cosplay they have.
For this strip, I went with Moon Freight 3, created by a guy named Luke Foster, a local webcomic creator. He’s a cool guy and his comic (about a cargo inspector in space–which turns out to be a rather boring job) was the inspiration for this strip’s cosplays. Jake is the human lead character, Larry, while Leon is the robotic main character, Bolts.
