And you know you’d buy it just to see how weird it is.
I had two inspirations for this strip. One was a recent Rifftrax Live showing in theaters and the other was a comment about the hosts riffing on good movies instead of just bad ones. (Riffing on bad movies was what made Mike Nelson, Bill Corbett, and Kevin Murphy famous in the movie geek community as part of Mystery Science Theater 3000, a show that arguably started the “so bad it’s good” movie fandom). So why not have them riff on their own movie for April 1st?
Obviously in the image in the third panels was found online. I didn’t trust my skills enough to draw it right and it was a busy week for me.
