For last names use a phone book.
This is actually what I use when I can’t think of a good first name. Those cheap baby name booklets at the store checkout includes meanings for names. For example Troy means “of the city”, which is odd when you consider I live in a small town. 🙂
Getting tired of not getting the art studio design the same each time it appears I’ve actually gone and made an official “set”. I can use the original drawing to get the art design right and a colored copy in Clip Studio Paint for getting the colors right. But it’s still hand-drawn each time because I need the practice.
