For me that would be the addition of Street Fighter characters.
I did have a joke for this week that was a bit more commentary than I would like although it would be perfect for Earth Day. It still would be fun to draw though, so I’m holding it in reserve. Then I saw this article on Dinosaur Dracula that included an ad for the GI Joe Pogo (I totally forgot about that thing, but I’m not a Joe toy collector and just watched the show) and hence came the joke. It’s the first time I’ve drawn these characters, and while I wanted to put Cobra Commander in the right outfit of the time, the clock was ticking and this was the quickest one to do. I wish I had drawn Destro better but for a first time it’s not bad.
