Let’s see, you have the original (Superman when he was a boy), the 90s version (clone created when Superman died…he got better), Zod’s son I think turned evil or alternate dimension or something, Superboy Prime (aka Geoff Johns taking a shot at critics of the “Dark Age” of comics), And the current version (son of Superman). That’s a lot of Superboys, just appearing in the main comics alone. We’re not counting alternate realities that didn’t intersect with the main DC Universe.
I wonder if it comes across that the Superboy on the left is original Superboy and not Superman…although to be honest the joke kind of works there with Superman 52 or the fact that Superboy Clone was a replacement for Superman in later interpretations. And I used the Super Cafe reference again, with Superboy Clone in Batman’s spot since at some point they made him more broody, especially in the Young Justice cartoon mentioned.
