No, that’s actually why I started doing Captain Yuletide.
I don’t know if you can tell, but I changed drawing tools in panel 2. Panel 1 was done with the “Turnip Pen” I’ve been using, but I started doing panel 2 in the marker emulating tool and it seemed to be working better. I think it’s because when I started doing the comic it was with an actual marker so it’s kind of designed for that tool due to use. Even though I switched to different nib pens it didn’t always come out right. I may try using the marker tool for this art style more often but still playing with the other pen tools and see what happens.
