Don’t worry, folks. This storyline will have a happy ending.
Meanwhile, over at The Clutter Reports I did some reorganizing that gave me a new place to sit down and sort my footwear.
Well, we’re coming upon Christmas and I’ve been rather light on the Christmas-themed articles. I’m going to try to make up for that starting this week. We’ll also be concluding our look at Voltron with the last Voltron comic I own but haven’t reviewed…except technically I did review it when I first got it, because that happened around the same time BW Media Spotlight began. Then I just have to worry about what to review on Wednesdays since so many of my comics are buried. I also need to get my BW Video Review edited and this year’s Captain Yuletide done in time for Christmas and I’m way behind. Lucky for me this is the season for miracles. 🙂

One of the larger complaints fans and critics alike can have against a character is that he or she is “one dimensional”, lacking in certain traits that make them more than a supposed blank slate. However, I’m sure we’ve known, in person or through non-fiction media like the news, someone who is like that, and done right you can make an interesting character out of that. James Harrington uses the example of Javiert from Les Miserables and someone in the comments of that article also uses Annie from the musical version as another good example of how to do it right.
