Choosing which of the old comics had the best fight isn’t always easy. Some weeks they all had great fights, some weeks none of them did, and some one stands out among the rest. This was one of those other weeks, where one just barely stands out among the not-very-interesting. And it’s only the parties involved that makes it work. It was neat seeing a Mini-Con fight back.

“Wildcat” round 6

The Battlefield: Transformers Armada #5 (Dreamwave; December, 2002)

The Promoters: Chris Sarracini (writer), James Raiz (penciler), numerous inkers (and I don’t know which one did this page), Edwin Garcia (backgrounds), numerous colorists (again, I don’t know who did this page), and Dreamer Design (lettering)

They were enslaved, experimented on, rewired, force to escape, crashed on an alien planet, forced to hide again from the natives, and now the Decepticon Demolishor were picking on one of those natives. Well, Longarm has finally had enough and he’s ready to stand up for…well, I’ll let him say it.

And that was the enhanced eye. Either that or it was a Cybertronian eye patch and Demolishor's bad eye.

I think he struck a blow for the little guy, don’t you? I know Demolishor does.
