Quiverwing and Darkwarrior have a confrontation before the latter sends the former to help Darkwing. He, Morgana, and Gosalyn take on Negaduck and Magica until the arrival of Paddywack, who takes control of Negaduck and goes on a rampage. With the Multiversal Darkwings freed from Magica’s control (and the Gizmoduck suit destroyed), everyone comes together to defeat the bad guys and save St. Canard.
What they got right: The first two panels contain a Doctor Who Darkwing (complete with TARDIS-fied Thunderquack) and Optimus Prime Darkwing. Somehow, it gets better from there. I like all the alternate Darkwings, we get Darkwarrior Duck in action against Quiverwing Duck, huge battles…it’s a great way to end the arc.
What they got wrong: I’m hoping Gyro can build another Gizmoduck suit, because I want Fenton back in the Gizmo Suit.
Recommendation: An absolute must for any Darkwing Duck fan.
