Mega Man #7
Archie Comics (January, 2012)
WRITER: Ian Flynn PENCILER: Chad Thomas INKER: Gary Martin COLORIST: Matt Herms LETTERER: John Workman EDITOR: Paul Kaminski COVER: Patrick Spaziante
Mega Man, Ice Man, and Cut Man escape Wily’s fortress and seek the help of the other Robot Masters (with Agent Krantz tagging along). This is fine with Wily, who is using this to get his hands on them again. (The Robot Masters, not Agent Krantz, although she is…nevermind.)
What they got right: The inserted humans are decent characters and I hope they make their way into future arcs. The mix of fun and action that this series has seen continues.
What they got wrong: The art isn’t bad, don’t get me wrong. However, it’s kind of plain and lacking the details of the cover so it’s noticeable.
Recommendation: This is the Mega Man comic I’ve been wanting. I very much recommend getting it.

When a mommy and daddy robot...what, you thought I was going for the "motherboard" pun?
