Graeme McMillan of Comic Book Resources “Spinoff Online” section posted an excellent opinion piece. He makes the case not that dystopian stories need to end in science fiction, but that a few utopian stories would be nice for a change. I agree 100% with this article. He also goes into why he thinks dystopia has become the norm in sci-fi, but what happened to futures that DON’T suck eggs? (Mostly likely radiation-mutated robot zombie eggs or something.) Sci-fi writers, please read this article.
