Why yes, I am that jaded about DC’s current policies.

Character turned gay just to get in the papers? Check. Overly sexualised classic female character? Check. Bad guy trying to rape a woman? Check. Male wearing silly looking battle armor while female shows off her body? Check. Jim Lee-approved V-neck outfits? Check and check. All the current stupidity is there. Forgive me, but I am that cynical about the current people in charge. Marvel has it’s own crimes. Except that last one.

Although to be fair only one other comic even have a nomination. That’s because most of them were too good for one moment to stand out, one was too bland for one moment to stand out, and I was a comic short this week. Besides, it’s Whirl doing something amusing rather than me being forced to cheer a Decepticon on. I have to give him credit for that.
