The backstories of the animated version of Guardians Of The Galaxy continues, and for some reason it’s still in two parts. This time, it’s the origin of Groot, the tree-man who can only tell you who he is. So Rocket is telling this story.
I don’t know a lot about the comic version and I still haven’t seen the movie, so I don’t know how well this matches either version of Groot, but I’m curious to see how this will come up. I also thought Ronan The Accuser was tied to judgement and trials and stuff, not mining operations. And who were the other two guys who took him? I guess time will tell.
