When it comes to Shredder’s mutant minions fans of the classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles remember Bebop and Rocksteady, and maybe Tokka and Razar from the second movie. The Mirage comics didn’t have Shredder using mutant henchmen as far as I know. But do you know who Scrag is?
