For the record, I like both for their own reasons. It’s too bad we never got Gladiator Voltron though. This is from World Events Productions’ YouTube channel.

About ShadowWing Tronix

A would be comic writer looking to organize his living space as well as his thoughts. So I have a blog for each goal. :)

I like the Star Wars/Star Trek comparison in this video. Yes, Lion Voltron is to Vehicle Voltron what Star Wars is to Star Trek. Each has its own unique, positive qualities. As an adult, I have grown to appreciate Vehicle Voltron more than I did as a kid in the 1980s. As a kid, Lion Voltron was definitely my favorite. Ironically, the only Voltron toy I had when I was a kid was the Matchbox Vehicle Voltron. Probably got that in late 1984 or early 1985. I didn’t get a Lion Voltron (a small one that was actually a standing clock) until 2015 when I was an adult.

Tronix, what did you have in terms of Voltron toys in the 1980s?
