If you haven’t guessed by now I’m trying out the various WordPress-friendly hosting sites to try embedding with them and see how they look. Grown-Up Christmas List is one of those songs I love hearing at Christmas. This version is by recording artist Amy Grant.
You may not be a fan of the song, but I like to see that adults can still wish for a better world. The song was originally recorded by David Foster (who composed the song with Linda Thompson-Jenner writing the lyrics) and sung by Natalie Cole (daughter of Nat King Cole, no stranger to Christmas hits). It’s Grant’s version, with some altered lyrics, that is the one that receives the most airplay.
