Adventures Of The X-Men started out as X-Men Adventures, adaptations of Fox Kids cartoon. This series however, went it’s own direction. At least it wasn’t trying to be the mainstream Marvel continuity but not. I’m not sure how that works either, but it’s what DC did with their tie-in comics. In today’s fight Quicksilver goes up against Storm and Cyclops. It will be a quick fight, but not the way you think.

“Gene” round 12

The Battlefield: Adventures Of The X-Men #5 (Marvel; August, 1996) “Armageddon In Red”

The Promoters: Ralph Macchio (writer), Ben Herrera (penciler), Gary Martin (inker), Matt Webb (colorist, with Malibu assisting with computers), and Ul Higgins (letterer)

In this continuity Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch have yet to join the good guys…for the first time in Pietro’s case. Ororo and Scott are there to knock some sense into him.

I imagine it would have been worse for Quicksilver if he hadn't been slowed down first.

That’ll adjust your neck.
