Jean-Luc Picard is coming back to Star Trek as Patrick Stewart returns for one of the Star Trek shorts that will be available on CBS All Access. Which I don’t have. the shorts will only be about 15 minutes long (this is becoming a bad habit…see tonight’s review), which is roughly the size any fan film is now allowed to be under those guidelines CBS put out a few years ago. I wonder if that’s going to be changed now.
