I don’t live in Chicago and I don’t have a lot of business experience, so what I would do with a comic store may not be business savvy even if I think (read: “hope”) it would be good for comic fans. However, if you do live in Chicago and know what makes a comic store great, this “win a free comic store” contest may be something you’d consider entering. You have until the end of February, 2019 to convince the owner you’re the right person for the job, so get going.

Do it, Tronix! You’d love running a comic book store and living in Chicago. Take a chance…write that essay about why you should be given the comic book store. Just imagine how you could make your store quite unique. For instance, you could have a special selection of retro toys from the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s for sale in your establishment along with the usual comic books and other items.

Actually, you could work in a comic book store. There’s at least three comic book shops in your local area. Would you consider working at one of your local comic shops? You’d certainly be a very knowledgeable employee who would be very helpful to the customers. No need for you to move to Chicago. You could stay in your hills region and work in a comic shop there. Less stressful than actually owning a comic store.
