Whether or not they’ll actually do a redesign, or even a better redesign, we of course have yet to see as of this time. Hopefully they’ve listened to the complaints. I know the actual character design needs some alteration for live-action but compare the Bay version of the Transformers to Travis Knight’s version and you see it can be done right. (I also really want to see Bumblebee. I’m still taking suggestions for a Patreon you guys would be willing to sponsor. I should do something with that page.) Granted they don’t fix my main problems in that it’s live-action, appears to have upped the ante on Eggman’s incompetence as Jim Carrey goes retro, and we’re doing the live Smurfs things with the human characters befriending the CG usually cartoon character. Take the victories we get, I guess.
Anyway, over at the Clutter Reports it’s another one of the other Dinobots team with Airraptor. I need to figure out what to do with Striker since an important part broke but I’m not sure I wanted to keep it in the first place. Anyone know what Striker goes for with one of his body pieces broken off and the back panels probably not positioned correctly?
Events stopped me from doing the final He-Man newspaper comic review last week so I’m going to try to do it this week. It’s a final thoughts wrap-up of the series, plus a review of the collection for The Clutter Reports. I also might try to get a Free Comics Inside done this week but I’m really hoping to get some video editing done. It hasn’t been easy since everybody’s been getting sick around here. Hopefully we’re out of danger for awhile. We’ll find out what happens this week.
