I though this was one of those specials Hallmark put out to promote that year’s special Christmas offering at their stores. However, the Christmas fan wiki says this was actually produced by Toys R Us (remember them?), in cooperation with Film Roman and Bohbot Entertainment. The story follows a cat named Noel who has to deal with their new neighbor’s dog, Nick, living in a duplex. The owners don’t get along but the daughter makes friends with both Noelle and Nick, who must come together to get her letter to Santa Claus. Can they get Sarah a mother for Christmas?
